Anti-Crush Bumper Sensor compatible with the Hi-Lo® Mono, Duo and Screen Lift mount ranges.
The Hi-Lo® Anti-Crush Sensor is a sensitive pressure switch which provides additional safety when electrically lowering the screen on Loxit’s Hi-Lo® mounts..
Once touched, the Hi-Lo Anti-Crush Sensor stops the screen from being lowered, reverses the screen upwards 30mm and then cuts power. Allowing the operator to investigate the cause of obstruction.
Can be used to protect users and prevent screens being accidentally lowered onto furniture and damaging the screen or furniture.
Discretely attaches to the underside of the touch screen.
Includes auto reverse of 30mm when contact is made.
Additional safety feature ideal for k12 education, SEN environments, younger years children and wheelchair users.
Self adhesive.
Features
Anti-Crush Bumper Sensor accessory includes Very High Bonding (VHB) tape to adhere to the underside of a screen when used with a compatible Loxit electric screen mount product.
When light contact is sensed (0.5kg of pressure), the Anti-Crush Sensor Tape auto reverses the motor by 30mm and cuts off power to the motor.

Application
Discrete safety device prevents accidental crushing on furniture or objects when screen is being lowered.
If a pressure of 0.5kg is sensed, the Anti Crush Sensor activates, stopping the lift, activating auto reverse for 30mm and cutting power. This is particularly suitable for vulnerable environments such as K12 education, nurseries, SEN environments and wheelchair users with brittle bones.
If the standard length is too short for a screen size and protection is required for the full length of the screen, it is possible to select the larger size and wrap around edges of the screen.
Do not cut to length.
