Please ensure you complete all actions within the applicable guide below, and answer all questions that are asked of you.

Issues are usually easily resolved with troubleshooting providing this is carried out thoroughly.

Support tickets cannot be accepted without completing the forms. The forms will form part of your warranty and answers may be used as proof against any claims.

Once the form is completed and your support ticket is submitted, you will be supplied with a service call log number/SCL number/Ticket number which should be used in any future correspondence regarding the issue.
