This document will form part of your warranty and answers may be used as proof against any claims.Once this form is completed and your support ticket is submitted, you will be supplied with a service call log number/SCL number/Ticket number which should be used in any future correspondence regarding the issue.This guide is split into two sections. *Are you having Power Issues?Are you having Installation or Operation Issues?Determine whether there is power to the unit.The external power switch (neon red switch) on the side of the head box should be turned to ON where the mains cable inserts into the unit.Is the power switch illuminated?NoYesCheck the charging strip for lightsRemove the back plate from the head box (screw driver required) and check that the light on the charging strip is illuminatedIs the light illuminated?NoYesCheck the mains cable is fully engaged.If the light is not illuminated on the power strip, ensure the mains cable into the trolley is fully engaged.Is the mains cable fully engaged?NoYesCheck a different mains cableChange the mains cable for a different one to check if the cable is faulty.Is the mains cable faulty?NoYesCheck the IEC connectionsInside the unit check that the IEC connections are all firmly engaged paying particular attention to the IEC connection that leads to the power strip.Are the IEC connections all firmly engaged?NoYesCheck the power supplyTry a different socket.Is the power supply ok?NoYesTry the reset procedureTry taking the lift right down to the bottom and holding it there for 8-10 seconds. If something is slightly unaligned it sometimes needs to fully close and re-calibrate before it can operate upwards.Did the reset procedure solve your issue?NoYesCheck the remoteIf you have another working unit on site, you can swap the remote to rule out an issue with the remote.Ensure there is no physical damage to the existing remote, and that the remote cable connection (telephone type connection) inside the headbox is firmly engaged.Do you still have issues after checking the remote?NoYesCheck all connectionsCheck all other connections inside the headbox are firmly engaged into each port.
